" How Do We Get Started ? "
You and/or we start with a general idea of a Playhouse Style or Design to fit your needs. Then off to the Drawing Table. Once a Drawing is Finalized, I will send or Fax some Specification Pages for you to choose the options of your choice. Pricing is figured and agreed upon, a Deposit will be sent and then off to the shop for your New "Premier Custom Playhouse".

" Pricing ? "
There is no set price list due to each Playhouse is "Custom Designed" and built to meet each Family's needs. Pricing can start for as little as $4500.00 and then the Sky's the limit. The two Featured Homes start around $7500.00 and come complete and ready to use. We use the word " Premier " because these are not cheaply built and are designed to last for a very long time.
" Are There Recommended Ages For These Homes ? "
Age ranges truly depend upon the individual child's capability's. Play habits vary per child so adult supervision may be required if homes include Lofts, second story's or raised deck areas. Playhouses can be designed Big and Tall enough so as our little clients grow they can still enjoy them for years to come.
" Can we decide the colors ? "
Yes! Interior and Exterior. Color charts can be found at most local building centers or paint suppliers. Mailing of specific color charts not found is available.
" Are These Kits "?
These are not kits but individual built "Custom Playhouses" designed just for you and your family. Some Larger Homes may be built in sections because of shipping size limitations. They will be assembled and finished on site.
" How long before I receive our new Playhouse ? "
After a accepted purchase order and receipt of down payment is received, a estimated delivery time would be 4 to 8 weeks. This of course depends on the Playhouse design chosen. On smaller or unfinished interior homes delivery time can be 3 to 6 weeks.
Larger and more intricate Custom Playhouses will have estimated delivery times discussed with each individual order.
" What kind of foundation do we need ? "
These Custom Playhouses generally have two foundation options. One option is a pressure treated lumber base that can be placed directly on the ground or set on small concrete pads or stepping stones, this is the least expensive and works well. Another option offered would be a steel trailer constructed to the size of the structure and built up from there. This is the most mobile option.
" What kind of maintenance is needed ? "
We offer many options to make each home virtually maintenance free but we do offer the Painted Exterior options as well. Recommended cleaning to depend on the materials chosen on each home. It's more fun to have a worry free "Custom Playhouse".
" What About Shipping ? "
Shipping fees are based on the size of the structure, weight and miles.
International: We can not ship internationally at this time. Shipping for the contiguous 48 states is available.
" What is your Privacy Policy ? "
Under no circumstances do we rent or sell information about our customers to any outside third party's. All personally identifiable information we collect is for our use only. This information is to ensure a true "Custom Playhouse" designed for you and your family.
" Do you have a Warranty ? "
We warrant our homes for a period of one year from the date of purchase to repair or replace, at our option, any part defective in materials or workmanship by employees of Premier Custom Playhouses. This warranty excludes labor from other party's incurred in placement of homes. We disclaim liability for any customer alterations, repairs, normal wear and tear or damages resulting from misuse or abuse. The purchaser is responsible for choosing a structure appropriate for the developmental levels of the children who will use it. Play supervision, inspections and preventive maintenance are the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure a hazard free environment. This warranty excludes any incidental and consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
" Is it safe to use a Credit Card ? "
Yes, we currently use Paypal. We abide by Paypal's user agreement.

" Because the Playhouses are all Custom ordered there are no refunds or returns accepted after the building process has begun ".
