" Traditional Playhouse "

" Size 9' Tall x 7' 6" Wide x 13' Long "

For the "WOW" effect on this Custom Playhouse, this traditional style has a half-wall design with cultured stone and vinyl siding. It has custom painted cedar shutters that really stand out. The color of the asphalt shingles is antique slate which really fits this home. The cedar front porch measures 7' 4" in length and is 2' wide. It adds a nice look to the front of this house. Two of the vinyl windows measure 1' 6" wide by 3' tall and the third window is 2' wide by 3' tall with a circle-top installed.

The light through the circle-top window really compliments the vaulted ceiling inside. Open the door to reveal the hardwood flooring which is a light oak color.

Semi-gloss paint covers the drywall and trims for easy care. The pre-finished wainscoting we use is virtually maintenance free. Warm weather is no problem with the air conditioning unit that's installed. For the cooler times, a baseboard heater will warm it nicely. For lighting there are three 5" recessed lights inside and a front porch light for the exterior. There is a breaker box with two 15 amp breakers for safety. " Classic Country Playhouse "

Two dormers really add character to this classic country style home. Vaulted ceilings in these areas supply lots of light. This home provides over 60 square feet of floor space and if you're no taller than 5' 2" you can walk around with ease. The vaulted areas have a ceiling height of 6' 10". Interior cleaning is a breeze with the durable, pre-finished wainscoting wood. Semi-gloss paint covers the drywall and trims. The white color trim works well with the foam backed vinyl flooring installed in this one.

There is plenty of light coming from the three 4" recessed lights. Another light switch controls the front porch light so you can see your way through the night.

The 6000 btu air-conditioner keeps this home nice and cool for those hot summer days. When the temperature starts to fall, a baseboard heater installed will make it nice and cozy. There is a breaker box with two 15 amp breakers for safety. As the weather permits, you can open the three vinyl windows for lots of fresh air.

These windows measure 2' wide and 3' tall and come with screens. We used vinyl siding and soffits for this house. The covered porch is constructed of cedar for lasting performance. 30 year dimensional style shingles will provide protection for a very long time, we used weathered wood color for this playhouse.
