Sullivan Construction Co has been building Custom Homes for more than 16 years. Due to the increasing request from our customers, we have now expanded out to offer Custom Playhouses. You may want to have a "Mini / Child Size" version of your own home or we will help with a unique Playhouse designed just for you and your family.
Our little clients new home will be built with the same caliber of materials that you would expect to be used in your own home. We have considered how to make your Dream Playhouse owner friendly. We offer constructing the exterior, interior walls and flooring with materials easily maintained. Safety is one of our top considerations when designing and constructing each Playhouse. All homes can be designed to be Handicap and/or Wheelchair accessible using wider doors, ramps and other ideas to fit your needs.
We offer Climate Controlled Playhouses to use that imagination and have fun all year long.
